In shortIn our selection of prices published online in the Benelux, the middle half of uninsulated steel hall kits lies between 97 and 200 EUR excl. VAT per m², with transport and erection excluded depending on the seller. A delivered and erected insulated hall of 500 m² costs from 403 to 480 EUR per m² in Germany. The index compares these observations with the prices of our model.

Prices were observed on 25 October 2026 on the sellers' websites, whose list and addresses appear in the Source column.

When a seller publishes a price and dimensions, we divide the price excl. VAT by the floor area. A price including VAT is converted to excl. VAT at the rate of the country.

Prices where VAT is not specified are discarded. Observations marked “to be verified” come from search results or old pages.

Seller names are given so that the figures can be checked. Their presence is neither a recommendation nor a criticism.
