About Hallfort

Hallfort is a Belgian company being set up. It will sell kit or erected steel buildings to farmers, tradespeople, small businesses and individuals in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

We will not fabricate ourselves. We will configure, price and coordinate. We will work with partner workshops certified to EN 1090-1, which will fabricate the structure, CE mark it and issue their declaration of performance. The partner fabricators will be selected before opening: no partnership is signed yet. If you wish, erection will be entrusted to partner crews.

Our approach is transparency. The market publishes few prices and the scopes differ from one seller to another. We publish our cost model, the prices observed on the market and our sources, so that you can compare.

We speak French, Dutch and English, and we know the permit rules of each region.

What remains to be done before opening

• Incorporation of the company and enterprise number
• Contracts with EN 1090 certified partner fabricators
• Contracts with erection crews
• Review of the terms and conditions by a lawyer
